Located on Cape Cod Bay, this site is characterized by mature Cedar and Oak trees that were carefully preserved during the construction process. Boardwalks and beach sand paths from the new residence meander through the dune grass and wooded boarders, providing ease of circulation to the beach and woodland areas nearby the property. A spa deck, nestled into the privacy of the Cedars was designed as a welcoming retreat, allowing for an escape from the more exposed waterfront environment.
